前端单元可将输入侧的交流电压和电流转换成直流母线上的直流电压和电流。从而将能量从电源侧传递到直流母线上(特定情况下,能量亦可反向传递)
AFE(活动前端单元)是共直流母线系统中的双向整流装置,需要在输入侧配装外部LCL滤波器。AFE适用于要求电网谐波非常低的应用场合。
FFE(基本前端单元)是共直流母线系统中的双向整流装置。在电动状态时的工作模式类似于一个二极管桥,反馈能量时则像一个非并联的晶闸管桥。在FFE中,晶闸管被IGBT替代。输入侧配有专用的电抗器。FFE适用于对电网谐波要求不高的应用场合。
NFE(无回馈前端单元)是共直流母线系统中的单向(电动方向)整流装置,使用二极管和晶闸管元件,工作模式如同一个二极管桥。输入侧配有专用的电抗器。NFE单元可以给直流母线充电,适用于对电网谐波要求不高且无需能量回馈的场合。
逆变单元
INU(逆变单元)是一个双向的直流供电逆变器,用于对电机的供电和控制。INU从直流母线上获得电能。如果需要直接连接到直流母线电压上,则应加装充电回路。75kW以下逆变单元的直流供电侧的充电回路是内置的,75kW以上则需外加充电回路。
制动斩波单元
BCU(制动斩波单元)是一个单向能量传递单元,用于将直流母线上多余的能量传递给耗能电阻并转化成热能消耗掉。BCU需要加装耗能电阻。
