比较状语从句基本用法：
表示比较关系的状语从句通常是由than和as引导：
than引导的比较状语从句：
She made fewer mistakes than you did.
There were more casualties than was reported.
They work harder than we do.
The shirt is more expensive than they think.
as引导的比较状语从句：
He knows as much about America as we do.
I haven't done as much as I was expected.
The task is not so easy as it sounds.
He is as stubborn as a mule is.
注：由于此类从句中有些成分经常要避免和主句的表达发生重复iyc63cgf，所以常有省略，看起来结构不太完整。
例如：
The task has been completed earlier than they eapected.
【译文】此任务完成得比他们估计得要早。
He ate a lot more than was good for him at the dinner.
【译文】他晚饭吃得太多了。
He looked forward，as did his secretary，to the completion of the building.
