22550 TOOL_CHANGE_MODE :T功能执行后,是否立即装载新刀。
0:立即执行。
准备刀和换刀在一个NCK程序块里。例如,执行T后,激活新的刀具偏差(参阅20270: CUTTING_EDGE_DEFAULT)
1:执行T功能后,准备装载新刀。这个功能主要用于带刀库的铣床,主要是为了换刀是不影响加工。
22560 TOOL_CHANGE_M_CODE
从主轴上移去旧刀并装载新刀。换刀需要执行M06,同DIN66025一致。
20121:
The next tool is preselected with MD 20121: TOOL_PRESEL_RESET_VALUE whose assigned tool length compensation values must be taken into account on RESET and power up according to MD 20110: RESET_MODE_MASK are to be taken into account.
20270: 未编程前刀具切削沿的初始位置
= 1 M06之后没有自动选择刀沿号
0 M06之后自动选择刀沿号=
= –1 M06之后保留旧刀刀沿号并为新刀选择刀沿
28085: 指定TO单元到通道
用来定义为适当通道定义哪个TO存储器

20110, bit 3 can be used to define that the active tool and the tool offset are transferred as follows:

Prerequisite Bits 0 and 6 of MD 20110 must be enabled.
