Auto change over operations at the 10kV or 6kV level, shall not be less than 1.0 second. Auto change over operations at the 380V level, shall not be less than 1.5 seconds. All auto change over timings, shall be confirmed during the design phases.
10kV或6kV的备自投切换时间不应少于1.0秒；380V的备自投切换时间不应少于 1.5秒。所有备自投切换的时间的整定，均应在设计阶段进行确认。
In particular, it shall be demonstrated by the design contractor, that the chosen kW/voltage selection shall not cause a significant power system disturbance during direct on line starting. A bus bar voltage dip during motor starting, shall not exceed 10%.
设计承包商应特别证明，选定的电动机的功率/电压值在电动机直接起动时不会对电力系统造成明显的扰动。电动机起动时的母线电压降不得超过10%。

为了安全的目的，将电气设备的外露导电部分与电气装置的接地母排相连的回路导体，它通常紧靠相线敷设，使接地故障回路具有较小的阻抗。
4. 保护中性线（PEN线）protective and neutral conductor
兼有保护线和中性线两种功能的回路导体
5. 联络线bonding conductor
即等电位联络线，它不是回路导体。在电路上它与PE线并联，但它距相线较远，故障回路阻抗较大，对故障电流分流很少，故它只用来传递电位使所联结的导电部分间电位相等或接近，但不用来传送故障电流。

1)与工艺变量有关的一次仪表、检测、控制、联锁保护由仪表专业负责。与电气有关的非工艺参数引起的信号联锁由电气专业负责。

2)与工艺有关的变量包括：温度、压力、流量、液位、机械的转速、轴位移、轴温度、质量、在线分析、环境检测等。
