职位说明如下：
· Conduct electrical system design with local sourcing in mind for designated projects with support from other business
locations.
· Design new or make modifications or improvements on products in conjunction with engineering and manufacturing.
· Specify components and installation requirements for electric interconnection such as terminal blocks, power cables and
bus systems.
· Develop compartment layout, cable wiring plan and cooling management for control and power cabinets for ease of
manufacturing and cost reduction.
· Conform the electrical design to local government rules and industrial standards such as GB.
· Work with mechanical engineering and manufacturing to determine installation methods, safety protection schemes and
electromagnetic compatibility for all electrical parts.
· Maintain configuration management documentation, parts libraries and bill of materials for assigned projects on a center
database system.
· Develop installation and wiring instructions, test plans, and assembly aids.
· Supervise and coordinate installation and testing of prototypes.
· Conduct necessary investigation and trouble shooting on electrical system. .
· Maintain a proactive posture towards hardware standardization for reusability and quality.
· Perform other duties as required.
· Has authority to recommend product vendor sources for electrical parts with concurrence of relevant project engineer.
· Has authority to make changes to both released and unreleased electrical component symbols and report with concurrence of
project engineer.
· Has authority to recommend electrical components for their specifications, voltage and power ratings, manufacturer
selection, etc.
· Has authority to recommend design changes.
· Has authority to recommend test plans on component level and system level.
· Has the authority to recommend installation methods and assembly processes.· Follow company purchasing authorization
procedures.
EDUCATION: BSEE in Electrical Engineering or related field.EXPERIENCE: At least 4-8 years experience in electrical design
and manufacturing or a combination of schooling and work experience.
